Ah, I do love flow charts. Anything that removes the need to really THINK about a decision is relaxing to me. I only wish I'd come up with this one: |
It's funny -- although I'm the first person to freak out over safe time limits for food, cross-contamination, all sorts of food safety issues...to me, the floor is not that big of a deal. Unless of course, I just cleaned it and there might be cleaner remnants leftover...or I just spilled raw chicken juice on the floor. Dirt, I'm okay with. We used to define edible food in the barn as: if it wasn't actually in contact with visible manure, I'm sure it's fine.
