A Cherry Lambic to get things rolling.
Herb and Panko encrusted rack of lamb
Mashed Potatoes with white truffle oil
Asparagus, snap peas and mushrooms roasted with shallots, garnished with chive butter
A Grenache-Syrah-Mourvedre that I think will stand up to the asparagus.
A dessert that someone else made, but it looks cool and involves chocolate, caramel and hazelnuts that should lead into the warm pot of hazelnut-chocoate sauce upstairs.
Assuming neither one of us falls asleep by then. The chocolate sauce may have to wait for the weekend....
